They proceed
serenely
with coffee mugs
like brides
in the altar
Behind them
there are no
white long veils
trailing...
Some like
tea, others coffee
some like
the gossip
that is thrown
in-between
their cuppa
and the spoon...
Some of the prized moments in a day of anyone working in front of a frowning computer screen are breaks. Not koffee with karan, but coffee/Tea with colleagues. Some like them light some dark but the ritual of picking the right snack to go with it is the key. There were days when my friends even brought along the right savories to go with it, from home and shared with laughter and fun.
Tomorrow, when i am away from my friends, and perhaps go to another place, I'll still hold all my memories like gold fish in my water bowl of life.
